10.0Muy buena ubicación, tanto la dueña como la chica que entrego las muy amables y de verdad es muy agradable tener una tan buena comunicacion y comportamiento hacia el cliente. Hay cafetera dolce gusto. Ascensor. Vistas hacia la plaza.

7.0Accesibilidad y fácil aparcamiento porque tiene un parking al lado grande. El apartamento limpio y confortable.
− La orientación de la casa, da a la carretera y por la mañana se oían los coches pasar. La casa tiene algunos defectos menores como enchufes mal colocados, taza de vater sin anclar.
