Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce logement, j’y retournerais et le recommenderais.

Très grand apartement. Climatisation centrale très efficace. Cuisine très bien équipée. Belle salle à manger. Hôte sympathique et disponible. Ce que j’apprécie le plus quand je voyage dans un logement, ce sont les petits détails qui font la différence: suffisamment de détergent à linge et à lave-vaisselle, un sèche-linge dépliable pour étendre, de l’huile d’olive, du sel et poivre et quelques condiments disponibles, la bouteille d’eau au frigo et ainsi de suite. Tout cela y était. De plus l’apartement est très sécuritaire. Et que dire du quartier, magnifique. En plus des sites touristiques habituels, nous avons aussi découvert le quartier de Gracía qui est à côté et super pour les restos et l’animation de soirée. Les guides touristiques papier laissés dans le salon nous ont aussi été utiles.

− Il faut savoir que la chambre principale donne sur la rue et n’est pas parfaitement insonorisée, donc c’est préférable d’apporter des bouchons. Également, les chambres ne sont pas dans la noirceur totale la nuit, mais c’était assez sombre pour moi.

Great location, great price, easy process

The building is beautiful

− The listing photos suggested access to roof terraces, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. As a group of four women, we would have loved to enjoy this space and were really looking forward to it. However, after check-in, we were informed that the terraces were not accessible, which felt misleading. On the day of arrival, we were also asked to pay a late check-in fee in cash, which was disappointing—especially since this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. Additionally, the apartment facilities could be improved. The shower setup caused water to spread across the bathroom, making everything wet, and there was insufficient toilet paper provided for our group over a four-night stay.

Carlos was extremely helpful. It was a lovely large airy space with everything you could possibly want. The location was great

− There was an extra charge for children over 4 year olds that we were not expecting, however they were very helpful and we got it sorted I'm the end ☺️

− 服务不专业，中介只管订单收费，入住前的，联络、入住后的服务，都交给了房东；对于房东是否履约、交付质量等，没有进行监督和制约； 入住后发现开暖气同时洗澡，房间会有煤气味，房东说这么久没有租客申报过，真不知以前的租客都是怎么住的。在我们入住5天后才补装了排气管，在这期间不能使用暖气； 入住期间没有清洁服务，只适合非常短期的落脚。 一间房是大床，一间房是双床宽90cm左右，这两间尚可住。第三间是高低床，宽80cm，翻身困难，第四间房非常小，只有一张小床，都不宜居。我们是3入住，房东在第二间房只放了一张床的床品、第四间房的床上没放床品，使我们只能住指定的三张床。对于这种把客人当贼防的态度，让人很不舒服。
