8.0الشقة بجانب مول العرب مشي على الأقدام مكان الشقة في كمباوند والأمن موجود ٢٤ ساعة الشقة فيها غرفة نوم وحمام وصالة وبوفية متوفر فيها غسالة ملابس و مكواه الجو عامة في الشقة جميل جدا ومريح .. و الأهم تصلح للعائلة.
Overall OK quality, though the name ("luxury stay") is a bit misleading (actually rather upper middle class).
7.0Located in a gated area, ie safe. in walking distance to a large shopping mall with plenty of gastronomy, open till 21:00, also on weekends. Hoeever, not located in AEON Towers (next door) which seems to be more modern and better infrastructure and hosts also rented apartments as well as an indoor swimming pool. Owner is polite and very responsive to guests' request.
− A bit cheap furniture and bathroom equipment that falls apart for example when you put a towel on the rail. Looking to the street side while the nicer side of the building overlooks a nice walking promenade with green areas.

Wonderful apartment and great location.
10.0The apartment location was excellent. The apartment was very nice and clean, room service was available throughout our stay. And special thanks to Mr. Walid who made us feel at home and was available for all our enquiries. I would also like to thank the housekeeping Nadia she was friendly and always checking in on us to see if we needed anything. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will visit again 10/10 highly recommended.
