Die Lage ist ok, guter Ausgangsort, um die Insel zu erkunden - in Puerto Calero selbst gibt es alles, was der Feriengast benötigt: guter Supermarkt, nette Restaurants in der Marina In den 13 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes kamen einmal 2 sehr nette Frauen zum grob reinigen und Wäsche wechseln. Ihr Service war absolut ok!!

− Bereits unsere Ankunft am Samstag Nachmittag war äußerst unerfreulich. Der Schlüssel für die äußere Tür der gesamten Anlage klemmt dermaßen, dass man sich schon an der falschen Adresse wähnt. Der eigentliche Zugang zum Haus war schwierig und völlig unzureichend beschrieben, es gibt nämlich 2 Eingänge (Vorder- und Hintereingang) - und wir standen am falschen Hinter-Eingang. Telefonisch war unter der angegebenen Service-Nummer niemand!! zu erreichen, das blieb auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts so, da Amanda, die Managerin?, in Japan war und nur per email erreichbar war, mit den entsprechenden, zeitlichen großen Verzögerungen! Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses (die sicherlich mal gut war)und der Zustand der Räume machen insgesamt einen sehr schlecht gewarteten Eindruck: Ein muffiges Badezimmer mit stinkenden Abflüssen, großflächig verfleckte und verschwitzte ebenfalls schlecht riechende Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die in 13 Tagen auch nur einmal planmäßig gewechselt wurden. In der Küche riecht und stinkt es ebenfalls, hauptsächlich durch hier auch nicht gewartete Abflüsse das Wasser in der Spüle läuft ganz schlecht ab.
