Apartamento simples em local ruim. Pessimo custo benefício
3.0Como estava próximo ao montjoui e estava la para assistir o tour de france então para o meu propósito, foi bom.
− Localização ruim! Bairro é muito mal cuidado, sujo, pessoas muito mal humoradas. O predio é ruim fica no terceiro piso, equivalente ao quarto andar, sem elevador, por uma escadaria velha e mal conservada. A vista do apartamento é para um cortiço. Janela da sala pega sol o dia inteiro e atrapalha com excesso de luz. Maquina de lavar cai o disjuntor depois de um tempo ligada. Havia moscas dentro do apartamento. Roupa de cama manchada. Banheiro muito pequeno e apertado. Enfim, é um apartamento simples em local ruim. Não vale nem de perto o valor cobrado!

8.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, tuż przy lokalnym deptaku z dużą ilością restauracji i barów. A jednocześnie spacerem dojdziesz do La Rambla, na wzgórze Montjuic, do basenu portowego. Mieszkanie daje komfort snu dla 3 osób. Moim zdaniem sen w pokoju z łóżkiem jednoosobowym nie jest niekomfortowy, pokój jest mały, ale znajduje się w nim normalnych rozmiarów łóżko jednoosobowe, szafa i szafka z szufladami. Nie ma okna, ale można uchylić drzwi, które wychodzą bezpośrednio na balkon. Dla mnie to było bardzo komfortowe. W szafkach są najpotrzebniejsze rzeczy. Telewizor i działający internet. Pralka i żelazko. Pani dająca klucze była bardzo uprzejma, dała parę wskazówek - dziękuję i pozdrawiam!
− Kanapa - jest totalnie brudna, wymaga wymiany. Rozumiem, że nie jest to nocleg w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym, ale gdyby wymienić kanapę to ten nocleg byłby dla mnie 10/10. Przyznam, że żeby siedzieć na kanapie, musiałem przykryć ją ręcznikami. Można trochę bardziej przyłożyć się do sprzątania, na szczęście środki czystości były dostępne.

Ottima posizione, basic ma funzionale
9.0L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione: il centro storico è raggiungibile a piedi (poco più di un chilometro), ma anche la metro è comoda. A pochi metri ci sono locali caratteristici e tapas bar. Anche di sera si gira benissimo a piedi. Raggiungibile a piedi anche Montjuic (con una bella salitona). L'arredamento è molto basic, ma funzionale. In cucina non ci è mancato nulla e la pulizia era ottima. La seconda camera è piccolissima ma andava bene così.
− Consiglierei di mettere dei ganci in bagno per gli asciugamani. E attenzione all'acqua calda che è veramente bollente. Mancavano gli strofinacci in cucina. L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi non adatto a persone con problemi di mobilità.
