7.0La atención del personal es inmejorable. Piso con buena ubicación para visitar Bilbao y alrededores. Aparcamiento difícil pero tiene una plaza de garaje a disposición. El edificio y el portal dejan mucho que desear pero una vez dentro el piso está bastante aceptable, es silencioso, fresco en verano y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
− A simple vista está todo bastante limpio pero una vez te pones a utilizar las instalaciones te das cuenta que hay mucho polvo y manchas en las paredes, también por los mosquitos. Quizá sería recomendable un poco más de mantenimiento.

10.0Nagyon ajánlom ezt a szállást. 20 perc alatt Bilbao belvárosában vagyok vonattal. A szálláshoz parkoló is tartozik, de az utcán is van ingyenes parkolás. 100 m belül élelmiszerüzlet, étterem. A szálláson minden megtalálható ami a kényelmes tartózkodáshoz szükséges. A szállás nagy, tiszta volt. A szállásadóval a kapcsolat zökkenőmentes volt, mindenben partner volt. Biztos hogy visszatérünk.
Struttura vecchia e malcurata
6.0La posizione, anche trovandosi fuori di Bilbao, si arriva in centro facilmente perché la stazione ferroviaria è vicina e ci sono treni frequenti. Il garage, anche se distante circa 100 metri dalla struttura, per noi era fondamentale perché viaggiavamo in moto.
− La struttura e l’arredamento sono vecchi e poco curati, anzi direi arrangiati alla meglio. Si sente cattivo odore di muffa sia nell’attimo delle scale che nella casa. Non parliamo della sicurezza dell’impianto elettrico che della caldaia a gas interna, non ho visto nessun rilevatore di gas e/o monossido di carbonio. Inoltre, viene richiesta una cauzione di 200€ per non si sa quali danni si possano causare in una struttura decrepita. Non siamo persone petulanti e neanche super esigenti ma davvero non capisco come una struttura del genere, che dovrebbe avere al massimo un punteggio da 6 possa invece avere una valutazione da 9, che è quella che ci ha tratto in inganno.
Confortevole appartamento a 15min da Bilbao
10.0Ben posizionato a circa 15 minuti di auto da Bilbao, appartamento grande, con tre camere da letto, più cucina abitabile e un salottino con TV. Noi eravamo due amici e abbiamo pernottato tre notti, ma la casa è grande abbastanza per farci stare comode fino a sei persone per periodi più lunghi. Dotato di garage privato, anche se alla fine noi non ne abbiamo fatto uso

9.0El disponer de parking, aunque no sea en el propio edificio. La facilidad de tramitar la entrada/salida. Las zonas verdes cercanas para poder pasear a la perra. La buena comunicación del apartamento, ideal para realizar una escapada a Bizkaia y a un paso de Bilbao. La sencillez de comunicación con la anfitriona y el detalle de bienvenida. La posibilidad de tener tres dormitorios, aunque la salita se queda un poquito pequeña. El apartamento es súper silencioso y el pueblo muy tranquilo. Hay varios super y tiendas en un radio de apenas 50 metros
