6.0L'appartamento è carino, di ampia metratura, gradevole nell'arredamento (è una mansarda con rivestimento e mobilio tutto in legno) ben attrezzato per vivere agevolmente in condizioni climatiche "normali" (fornello elettrico funzionale, presenza di stoviglie per poter cucinare e consumare pasti; bagno ampio, dote di asciugamani adeguata, phon funzionale; letti ampi e comodi). Ubicato in quartiere residenziale tranquillo e silenzioso. Proprietari cordiali. Pulizia dell'appartamento impeccabile.
− Zona un po' distante dal centro, è impensabile raggiungerlo a piedi (a soli 5-10 minuti di auto). A 40-50 minuti in auto dalla Foresta Nera. Scala ripida per accedere alla mansarda. Indisponibilità di climatizzatore (l'appartamento non è dotato di impianto di climatizzazione, come da descrizione correttamente riportata su Booking, ma non è stato fornito nemmeno un climatizzatore portatile nonostante le condizioni ambientali proibitive: in giornate con più di 40 °C all'esterno, la mansarda si trasforma in una sauna! Frigorifero vuoto: nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua fresca al nostro arrivo (non dovuta, ma certamente un gesto gradito, ricevuto con altro, in altre strutture altrove). Presenza di sapone per mani (in bagno) e per piatti (in cucina), ma assenza di shampoo - bagnoschiuma. Nessuna convenzione con locali/ristoranti, né per il trasporto pubblico.
Struttura splendida e ottima posizione
10.0Bellissimo alloggio a Friburgo, pulitissimo, accogliente e in una posizione strategica, davvero comoda per girare e visitare la città. L'host è stato super gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Cinque stelle meritate!
− L'unico dettaglio importante da segnalare è la presenza di molte scale, che possono risultare faticose per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. A parte questo, un soggiorno ottimo!
Apparment zum Wohlfühlen in super Lage
8.0Tolle Ferienwohnung in Freiburg Lehen, unter dem Dach, ideal für Frühjahr, Hebst und Winter. Ruhige Lage, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Paduaallee und damit in 10min in der Stadtmitte. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, auch ihre Tochter, die auch mit ihrer Familie im Haus wohnt. Wir sind als Mutter-Tochter gereist und haben die zwei getrennten Schlafzimmer, das geräumige und helle Wohnzimmer, sowie seperate Küche und Bad sehr genossen und uns hier sofort sehr wohl und "heimelig" gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber und mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Fön, etc. hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können das Apparment auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

9.0Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage mit einer sehr guten Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit einem gemütlichen Flair durch die Holzbalken und Dachschrägen. Der Kontakt zu unserer Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns wohl und willkommen gefühlt und würden definitiv wiederkommen.
