Der Spielplatz direkt vor der Haustür ist super, wir waren immer alleine dort. Super ruhige Lage, perfekt für Familien. Was uns besonders gefallen hat, es gibt in allen Räumen Rollos was mit kleinen Kindern einfach perfekt ist und außerdem kann man im Sommer dafür sorgen, dass die Wohnung sich nicht zu sehr aufheizt. Alles genau so wie auf den zahlreichen Fotos

Entspannte, gut durchdachte Bodensee Ferien im Eigenheim.

Die Lage der LUX Ferienwohnungen ist perfekt. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kids da und das auch schon zum 2. Mal. Wir gehen immer nach Pfingsten bis Samstag für 5 Tage an den Bodensee. Ob walken, Fahrradfahren oder Ausflüge jeglicher Art. Alles ist gut erreichbar von Hepbach aus. Was heraussticht und uns 2024 schon aufgefallen ist: es ist 0,0 hellhörig. Das bedeutet man hört die Nachbarn garnicht, was erheblich (gerade mit Kindern) zu einer starken Privatsphäre beiträgt. Gerade auch mit kleineren Kindern die evtl. auch mal schreien.
