Udsigten/beliggenheden. God størrelse på lejligheden. Gratis parkering I garagen til lejligheden. Billederne i annoncen passer perfekt til vores forventninger. Meget tæt på indkøb,spisesteder og transport/tog. Gratis transport lokalt.
− Der manglede en solvogn på altanen. Lidt svært og finde skraldegården. Der mangler en fryser. En kapselmaskine til kaffe mangler.

− Frühstücksgeschirr dürftig, Teller teilweise angeschlagen. Spinnweben unter den Hängeschränken. Radio defeckt. Kleine Hocker zum ablegen der Kleidung im Schlafzimmer, sowie im Flur zum Schuhe anziehen.

Bis aufs Wetter war Alles super, wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Die Lage ist super: 1 Minute zum EDEKA / 2 Minuten zum Bäcker / 3 Minuten zur Seepromenade. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug. Unser Auto hatte einen Garagenstellplatz. Wir hatten einen Ausblick auf den See und die Berge.
− Da wir 7 Tage Regenwetter hatten, wäre es schön gewesen, dass der Fernseher Mediathek gehabt hätte, dies ist jedoch der einzige Kritikpunkt.

Das Appartement ist in einer Toplage, modern und praktisch ausgestattet. Der Fahrstuhl zum 3.Stock super! In der Nähe Bus, Einkauf, Bahn, Schwimmbad, Gastronomie und die wunderschöne Umgebung. Alles Topp!
