10.0Die Lage ist super zentral. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird für den Aufenthalt und die kleine Küche ist super ausgestattet.
Tolle Lage, eigentlich schöne Wohnung aber...
7.0Die Lage ist top. Toller Ausblick. Nähe zur Altstadt.
− Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung muss dringend geändert werden. Trotz Nachreinigung der auf den ersten Blick sofort ins Auge fallenden Dinge (nicht gesaugt, Küchenfronten, WC...) ist hier der Umfang der Reinigung dringend zu kontrollieren. (schmutzige Balkonmöbel, Spinnweben, staubiger Fernseher, staubige Deko und Nachtischlampen, Duschabtrennung ungereingt, Treppenhandlauf, Ablauf der Dusche...) Auch gehört es sich nicht, dass bei Abreise Punkt 10 Uhr der Reinigungsdienst die Tür aufreist... Wenn Kurtaxe gezahlt wird, sollten die Kurkarten auch ausgestellt werden und ordentlich bereit gelegt werden.

− Für uns war alles okay wer jedoch behindert ist sollte beachten, dass das WC vom Schlafzimmer nur über eine Treppe erreichbar ist..

8.0Die Umgebung war sehr schön.
− Der Schlüsseltresor lies sich nicht öffnen , nach telefonischer Nachfrage bei Frau Schröder . Erfuhren wir erst die Codeänderung ,auch dieser Code ging nicht und Frau Schröder mußte erst vorbei kommen und den Tresor mit dem Generalschlüssel öffnen. als sie kam sagte Sie gleich die Kurkarten sein noch nicht fertig. Sie bring die Karten nächsten Morgen vorbei , die Karten habe wir bis zum letzten Tag nicht bekommen. Das kann nicht sein, wenn man diese bei Zeiten bezahlt. (24,02,2026)
