− Im Schlafzimmer sind die Matratzen durchgelegen. Duschen in Badewanne — sehr unbequem und glatt.

Die Lage ist optimal. Nicht weit zur Innenstadt. Strand am Grillendamm Fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wasserblick sehr schön. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist nett und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Dom, da ist es klar das es hier Kopfsteinpflaster gibt und das es sich um keine Neubauwohnung handelt :) ... Wir waren sehr zufrieden
− Die Fenster sollten tatsächlich noch das ein oder andere Fliegengitter bekommen, da es durch die unmittelbare Wasserlage natürlich mehr Mücken und andere kleinen Besucher gibt. Im Sommer kann es sicher auch etwas warm werden, daher sind Vorhänge oder Rollos im Wohnzimmer doch angebracht.

Da wir nur 3 Nächte zum Jahreswechsel in der Wohnung waren, war der Kurzurlaub doch sehr schön.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön u. mit perfekter Aussicht. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung.
− Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, speziell Herd, Badezimmer, Badarmaturen, Spiegel. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen, speziell die Betten bedürfen einer Erneuerung (Lattenroste knarren, Matratzen stark durchgelegen).
