6.0Die Lage ist toll, die Zimmer sind schön und großzügig, es ist ausreichend Geschirr,um Kleinigkeiten zu kochen und es gibt mit der ausziehbaren Couch und dem Ersatzbett genug Platz,dass eigentlich 7 Personen da schlafen können.
− Wir haben zuerst nur einen Tag gebucht,wollten einige Tage später noch einen 2.Tsg dazubuchen. Der 1. kostete um die 200€ ,der 2. Tag hätte dann ca 280€ gekostet. . Das ist sehr unüblich,da so zwischen den beiden Tagen kein Auszug und somit keine Kosten für die Reinigung entsteht. Normal sollte ein 2. Tag billiger und nicht teurer werden. Die Verwalter des Appartements waren in keiner Weise kompromissbereit, weshalb wir uns für den 2. Tag ein anderes Zimmer suchten. Das Bad war so "naja-sauber", Da es sehr heiß war während unseres Aufenthaltes benutzen wir nur die Bettbezüge beim Schlafen und stellten fest,dass die Bettdecken ziemlich fleckig waren. Daran könnte noch gearbeitet werden.

− We arrived in the middle of the night, but the access code did not work. After calling reception, we were given a different code. When we entered the accommodation, we found another family sleeping in the room. We immediately left and contacted reception again. We were then informed that the previous guests had refused to check out. As a result, we had to leave the property and remain outside until 4:00 a.m. Eventually, the host informed us that we would receive a full refund and that we needed to find alternative accommodation.
Check-in is only possible via our digital check-in system. The link for this will be sent by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp shortly before arrival.
Once the registration form has been filled and an ID card or passport has been uploaded, access to the Guest Area with all the details of your stay will be granted. Our support team is available around the clock by phone and chat. We reserve the right to authorize a deposit by credit card depending on the length of your stay.
