6.0− Der Boden wurde lange Zeit nicht gewischt. Schlüssel massiv verbogen. Keine Mülltüten zur Mülltrennung

1.0− Çalışanları maalesef nezaketten yoksundu. Gönderilen yalnızca “Almanca” dilinde yazılmış olan yönlendirme metninde WLAN bağlantısı için yazılması gereken kısım boş bırakılmıştı. Aranıp bağlantı için şifre sorulduğunda odadaki cihaza bakabileceğim söylendi. Cihazın yeri sorulduğunda “odada bir yerdedir” denildi. Cihaz göremeyeceğim ve uzun boylu olmasam hiç ulaşamayacağım şekilde gardırobun üzerindeydi. Fatura adresini detaylıca göndermiş olmama rağmen yanlış yazılıydı ve düzeltme yapılmasını rica ettiğimde yardımcı olunmadı. Özellikle uluslararası misafirlerin tercih etmemesini tavsiye ederim. Temizlik son derece özensizdi. Tabaklar ve çatallar kirliydi. Yatak fazla yumuşaktı, sırt ve bel ağrısına yol açtı. 1,5 yıl Almanya’da yaşamış ve çok farklı destinasyonlarda kalmış biri olarak ilk kez bu kadar özensiz ve misafirperver olmayan bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım.

6.0Wohnung selber war durchaus OK.
− Das Gebäude stinkt
Ich würde die Wohnung nicht wieder mieten. Als schicke Wohnung würde ich sie nicht bezeichnen.
3.0Die Lage ist nicht gut, wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel reist. Abends fährt der Bus nur einmal pro Stunde.
− Besonders negativ war, dass die Matratze hart und durchgelegen war. Ich hatte jeden Morgen Knochenschmerzen. Die kleine Terrasse war sehr ungepflegt und es war noch Müll zu finden. Die Gardine im Wohnraum hing nicht richtig.
