Hellhöriger Ostseeblick
7.0Balkon, Blick auf die Ostsee, zu zweit viel Platz in der Wohnung,
− Haus zu hellhörig, keine Mikrowelle, kleine Abstellfläche an der Spüle, die "Nachttische"
Eine schöne Wohnung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist.
5.0Die Lage ist gut und der Eingang war Rollstuhl geeignet (Besuch)
− Einige Möbel waren kaputt oder hinfällig. Es waren viele Ameisen in der Wohnung. Die Terrasse war für 6 mögliche Besucher eher knapp.

10.0Die Super Lage mit einem Meerblick Apartment. Moderne Ausstattung, Verleiht Erholung und kompfort. Immer wieder gerne. Alles andere wurde sofort geklärt und mit vollsten Zufriedenheit umgesetzt.

9.0Modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut zu erreichen mit Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ruhige Lage. Zentrum, Strand und Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Wohnzimmer und die Terrasse sind geräumig. Die Küche bot alles, was wir brauchten.
− Das Schlafsofa ist zum Schlafen nicht so besonders bequem. Der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse hätte gerne eine Nummer größer ausfallen dürfen. Der Seeblick ist im Sommer eher bescheiden.
Im
7.0Der Balkon war sehr schön und hatte ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, so konnte die ganze Familie den schönen Sonnenuntergang bewundern.
− Der Hausflur war sehr schmutzig. Das Elternbett wäre für Rentner mit Rückenproblemen nicht geeignet da es sich nur knapp über den Boden befindet.
