Der Ort war schön. Die Betten waren sauber.

− Es war viel staubig und dreckig. Es gab zu wenig trink Auswahl. Und das Haus hatte nicht genügend Hausartikel man musste selbst Toilettenpapier und spüllmitteö besorgen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Die unmittelbare, etwas einsame Lage des alleinstehenden Ferienhauses am Seedeich. Die Ferienwohnung samt Duschbad ist hinreichend gut um komfortabel ausgestattet, was auch für die Kücheneinrichtung gilt. Das große Gartengrundstück bietet hinreichende Rückzugsmöglichkeiten ungestört von anderen Feriengästen. Es stehen genügend Parkplätze für alle Ferienwohnungen des Hauses zur Verfügung.

− Die an sich gute Lage des Hauses wurde sehr häufig durch rücksichtslose KFZ-Nutzer beeinträchtigt, die häufig die erlaubte Höchstgeschwindigkeit mißachtend zu schnell am Haus vorbeifuhren. Die mit dem Raumlicht gekoppelte Lüftung des Duschbades lief unverhältnismäßig zu lange und zu laut, was insbesondere nachts sehr unangenehm war. Ebenso waren gerade nachts die Betriebsgeräusche der Heizung / Warmwasserbereitung im Raum neben der von uns genutzten Erdgeschosswohnung sehr störend. Bei der Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist besonderes Augenmerk auf die Laufzeit und möglicherweise nicht vorhersehbare „Nachzehlungen“ zu richten, da sich diese zu Beginn des Waschvorgangs ändern können. Hier wäre eine pauschale Kostenerhebung transparenter.

Tolle Wohnung mit perfekter Lage

Die Lage ist perfekt um sich vom Stadtlärm erholen zu können, von der Unterkunft aus (Hooge) konnten wir jeden Tag aufs Meer schauen und bis Föhr gucken - ein Traum! Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet gewesen (und wir haben viel gekocht), sehr sauber und in einem super Zustand. Es gab auch sehr viele Schränke, um die Sachen gut verstauen zu können und nicht aus Koffern leben zu müssen. Auch die nahe gelegene Badestelle konnten wir das ein oder andere Mal nutzen. Selbst bei Schietwetter luden die kostenlosen Strandkörbe dort zum verweilen ein. Einfach perfekt 🤩 Wir kommen sehr sehr gern wieder 😊

Wunderschöne, saubere Wohnung mit schönem Blick in alle Richtungen. Außerdem ein schöner Garten zum entspannen. Nettes Reinigungspersonal. Auch sehr empfehlenswert mit Hund!

Wir waren nun schon das zweite mal zu Gast und es war wieder alles einfach toll, bis auf das Wetter .Die Schafe auf dem Deich der Blick auf das Meer in der ferne und die Ruhe wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder
