Perfekte Lage und Asstattung.

Ausstattung ist perfekt Parkhaus, Mall (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Drogerie ……) und Schwimmbad in einem Gebäude. Sogar das Klimahaus ist über eine geschlossene Brücke erreichbar, praktisch ohne das Gebäude zu verlassen. Dazu die Lage direkt an den Havenwelten. Das heißt viele Ziele wie Klimahaus, Schiffsmuseum , Auswandererhaus, Museumshafen und (Last Not least) die Weser sind in (ganz) wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Nicht zu vergessen sei hier der super nette Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Bei denen wir uns nochmal bedanken möchten!

Gute Lage zum Klimahaus, Auswanderhaus...

− Die Wohnung braucht dringend eine Grundreinigung! Staub auf allen Möbeln ("Staubmäuse" in offenen Regalen) ,die Fenster (auch Innenfenster) und Fensterbretter schmutzig,der Bad-müll vom Vormieter noch im Eimer, das Bettlaken voller kleiner schwarzer Haare , synthetische Bettwäsche -"stark elektrisch "- sehr unangenehm !!! Leider ist auf Anfrage an den Vermieter in den 5 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nichts geändert worden (auch kein neues Bettzeug). Unbedingt im Vorfeld die Öffnungszeiten für Sauna/Schwimmbad erfragen - leider auch nur sehr begrenzt nutzbar.
