Rooms and kitchen was clean, well equipped, and large enough for our big group. We had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful when we forgot the key in the apartment—thank you very much!

− Unfortunately, there is only one bathroom for 12 potential guests, and even though there were only eight of us, this slowed us down in the morning.

− On Booking, it is stated that this accommodation has the advantage of “the accommodation is completely yours.” We expected that there would be no one else in the house or in the garden. However, there was another family with children and the landlady living in the house. The other family was playing and swimming in the garden pool. This came as a very unpleasant surprise. We believe the description on Booking is misleading, as the accommodation was not completely ours. In fact, this advertised advantage simply does not exist. How are we supposed to swim in a small pool when strangers are already in it? There is only one grill in the garden, and it’s unclear how to share it with other guests. In addition, the apartment lacked even the most basic essentials like salt, despite having a kitchen. We appreciate that the hosts shared some with us, but we had to ask specifically. Coffee and tea are inexpensive for the hosts to provide, yet their absence forced us to spend part of our vacation searching for suitable items for the kitchen. On the positive side, there were dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, and trash bags. However, there was visible dust on the nightstands — when wiped with a tissue, it turned black. There was also no bedding provided for our children. The bedding in the bedrooms was of very poor quality — synthetic and uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own if you plan to stay for several days. Thankfully, there were enough dishes. But there was no hairdryer, no vacuum cleaner, no kitchen cloths — overall, cleanliness was questionable. Finally, the bedroom windows face a street where trains pass frequently, and loud announcements can be clearly heard — which made it difficult to rest.
