− das Badezimmer liegt außerhalb der Wohnung und wird ( da nicht abschließbar) von Fremden mitgenutzt insgesamt ungepflegt und abgewohnt katastrophale "Sauberkeit" Müll und voller Geschirrspüler vom Vormieter Preis/Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt

8.0Der Fernseher hatte keine Sender mehr. Der Fehler wurde sofort behoben. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem Notwendige ausgestattet.
− Uns wurde nicht gesagt, dass man vor der Tür nicht parken darf. LP
