Super Preis, reicht hin, wenn man nur ne Übernachtung braucht. Moderne, geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Sauber. Zusatzdecken, falls es doch kühler ist. Kaffee und Tee sowie die Zubereitungsmöglichkeit, falls man das will. Sehr freundliche Vermieter.

− Keine Tür zum Bad/WC. Nur durch Trennwand zum Schlaf/Wohnbereich getrennt. Wenig Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, nur 2 Haken. Wir hatten selber Klemmsaughaken mit und konnten sie an der Duschwand anbringen. Und die Hebeanlage, weil es eine Kellerwohnung war. Das dann nachts, dann sind alle wieder wach...oder einfach nicht spülen. Der leichte Gulligeruch wird gekonnt mit Duftzeugs übertönt. Kellerwohnung durch tiefe Treppe erreichbar. Bei Regen waren die Fliesen sehr rutschig.

Die Wohnung war für 2 Personen super. Alles da, was man braucht. Einkaufen kann man zu Fuß erledigen. Und mit der S-Bahn kann man die Gegend super erkundigen. Und der Italiener um die Ecke ist super gut. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen

− Ist ne Kellerwohnung , aber wir waren Pfingsten 2026 da , es war seeeehr warm und ich hab mich gefreut, das die Wohnung kühl war. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen 😉

Es war von der Buchung und dem Kontakt absolut genial. Marco ist ein super Gastgeber für alle Fragen sofort verfügbar. es lief alles kontaktlos über Telefon und Nachrichten. Das Appartment liegt sehr ruhig und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt! Das Bett ist sehr bequem nicht zu weich! Das Sofa ist genau richtig nach einem langen Arbeitstag. Es war eine Flasche leckerer Wein von Marcio gesponsert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt . Wenn etwas ist kümmert der Gastgeber sich sehr nett sofort! Ich kann nichts negatives finden! Danke und jederzeit wieder!
