1.0− unfreundliche Vermieterin trotz nicht gehenden WLANs bekamen wir keine Teilrückerstattung und außerdem mussten wir vorzeitig abreisen da es in der Familie meiner Freundin einen Todesfall gab da kam von der Vermieterin nur auf Anfrage einer Teilrückerstattung "und was soll ich da jetzt machen das ist doch nicht meine Schuld". Einfach nur frech und dreist.
