Sehr schlecht.
2.0− der Vermieter war sehr schlecht zu erreichen. Der Rückruf erfolgte erst nachdem wir den booking Kundendienst kontaktiert haben. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, Mängel wurden trotz Zusage nicht ausreichend behoben. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche nicht richtig befestigt und ist abgefallen. Es war kein TV Empfang möglich. Das Badezimmer war sehr dreckig. Der Vermieter hat sich nicht einmal zu unseren Vorwürfen geäußert und auch keine Ersatzleistungen angeboten.

5.0The location is good and central for our needs.
− The place did not have separate free parking although advertised, it was said that parking can be purchased at €5/day. The curtains were very dirty, the kettle was a Health and Safety hazard as it would not switch off itself once boiled, there were little water bugs in the bathrooms and the pillows and mattresses were not very comfortable. The heating was also temperamental and would only work on some radiators and on others was not controllable.
