− Der kostenpflichtige kleine Badestrand in Sandwig ist sehr ungepflegt: totes Seegras und ähnliches modert im Sand und im flachen Wasser, unzählige eingebrachte Steine erschweren barfuß ins tiefere Wasser zu kommen.

Lage, Größe und Aufteilung der Wohnung, Terrasse und damit die Möglichkeit, die Fahrräder direkt an der Terrasse an- und abschließen zu können!

− 1.) Die harte jedoch trotzdem durchgelegene Matratze muß mit dem Gesamtrahmen des Doppelbettes ersetzt werden, weil es zudem quietscht, sobald eine Person sich dreht in der Nacht! 2.) Der Fahrradkeller konnte nicht genutzt werden, da er voll war! 3.) Die Parkplätze sind eng und kurz bemessen, sodaß der Fahrradanhänger nicht am Auto arretiert bleiben kann, sondern abmontiert werden muß!
