10.0We absolutely loved our stay in Villa Claire Sundowner. The apartment is well laid out, has great facilities, and is very comfortable. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, and the outside balconies are super comfortable. The location is also perfect, facing away from the main street (where lots of building work is happening), while still being right in the centre of things. Parking in the very spacious assigned space was also very easy, and a lift direct to the front door of the apartment was great with all our baggage. Rugen Domicile, the property management company, were also excellent - we reported a small plumbing issue and it was fixed before we even returned home from our walk! We stayed for two weeks and wish we could have stayed for longer.
− The wifi was only 6MB, and we would have liked a faster speed. The speed was consistent throughout the apartment, and was perfectly adequate for email/web-surfing and SD streaming, but if you like online gaming occasionally in the evenings or if you need effective broadband speeds for a working holiday it would not be fast enough.
