9.0Easy check-in (digitally). Unit was spacious, had stylish furniture, and the courtyard was really pleasant. It has a small but convenient kitchen area and came with some good coffee pods and the Tschibo machine, as well as a teapot, etc.
Sehr schöne Wohnung, aber leider auch sehr heiss!
8.0Schöne, grosse + moderne Wohnung mitten in Potsdam und dennoch total ruhig. Sehr grosser Kühlschrank! Wir hatten vorgängig eine E-Mail von Design Apartment bekommen, dass in unserem Apartment im Holländerviertel einen Wasserschaden vorliegt und wir in ein anderes Apartment umgebucht wurden.
− Wir mussten den Schlüssel im Büro abholen und uns dann auf die Suche nach unserem neuen Apartment (Gutenbergstrasse) machen. Wir fanden die Adresse sehr schnell, doch das Apartment war nicht mit der uns genannten und am Schlüssel befindeten Nummer angeschrieben! Es war heiss und wir standen in einem Innenhof und suchten überall nach der Apartment Nummer! Wir fragten sogar noch im Laden an der Strasse nach. Schliesslich wollten wir das Büro telefonisch kontaktieren, doch das geht nicht…man muss eine E-Mail schreiben! Die Antwort bzw. der Rückruf kam dann schnell und es stellte sich heraus, dass bei der Whg. wohl die Nummer weggenommen wurde! Statt 28 stand auf der Klingel Nr. 005!!! Das WIFI funktionierte leider auch nicht! Das Passwort ging nicht! Wir reklamierten am nächsten Morgen im Büro und uns wurde um die Mittagszeit einen Monteur versprochen. Also verbrachten wir fast den ganzen Morgen in der Whg. :-( Der Monteur kam und suchte nach dem Fehler. Schliesslich stellte sich heraus, dass das Passwort in der Wohnung und im E-Mail nicht richtig aufgeschrieben waren! Total ärgerlich, für so etwas Zeit zu verlieren, wenn man eigentlich die Stadt besichtigen möchte! Es sind ja unsere Ferien! Es gab auch einen kleinen Balkon, doch der wurde schon seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereingt! Schade, für die lauen Sommernächte! Leider gibt es auch keine Mückengitter und keine Klimaanlage! Die Whg. liegt voll sonnenseitig und unter einem Flachdach! Die Küche hat leider keinen Dampfabzug! War nach Spaghetti kochen voll die Sauna!

Tolle Wohnung, schöne ruhige Lage. Im Sommer wegen der Oberlichte die nicht verdunkelt werden können problematisch.
7.0Tolle Lage, unkompliziert mit den übermittelten Codes ins Haus und in die Wohnung zu kommen. Toller Balkon, sehr ruhig. Wunderschöner Innenhof.
− Keine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung war extrem heiß, auch durch die Oberlicht, die nicht verdunkelt werden können. Das störte auch unseren Schlaf da es sehr früh sehr hell ist.
