Die ruhige Lage und das ländliche, sowie Natur. Für einen Stadtteil sehr dörflich, man kommt sich vor wie auf dem Land. Vermieter sind gut erreichbar wenn es irgendein Problem gibt. Sie sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
