War in Ordnung

Wohnung ist soweit modern eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. 10 Minuten bis zum Meer und zum Hafen.

− Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Vorallem in der Küche - Haare auf dem Boden und an der Kaffeemaschine, Krümel und teilweise unsauber in den Schiebern. Ich musste teilweise das Geschirr vor der Benutzung nochmal säubern. Die Wohnung wurde nach den letzten Urlaubern wahrscheinlich nur gesaugt und nicht durchgewischt- so sahen die Socken dann auch aus. Im Elternschlafzimmer befand sich auf dem Matratzenschoner ein gelber großer Fleck - unangenehm! Das WLAN hätte man sich sparen können, kaum bis gar nicht nutzbar.

Sehr komfortable, saubere, schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Freundliche Besitzer. Die Übergabe der Schlüssel sehr flexibel und bequem. Tolle Lage, ruhig, mit einem traumhaften Strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und sehr geräumig. Sie ist top ausgestattet, vom Geschirr bis zur Buddelform. Es fehlt an nichts . Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, Spielplatz fußläufig erreichbar. Umgebung top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Viele nette Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte.

− Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft. An allen Zahnputzbecher kleben Haare vom Vormieter. Wannenrand ist staubig und bekleckert mit altem Duschbad. Die Toilettenbürste "lebt" bereits. Geschirr teilweise nicht richtig abgewaschen. Baufusch an allen Enden. Teilweise scharfe Kanten an Fensterbrettern (leider genau auf Kindskopfhöhe), am Balkon regnet es vom darüberliegendem Balkon durch. Über Nacht waren alle Kissen und der Wäscheständer nassgeregnet. Schade ist auch das man den Vermieter der Ferienwohnung nie zu Gesicht bekommt. Es läuft alles per Email. Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zum Verlassen der Wohnung. Etwas unpersönlich...

Wir waren mit der Ausstattung der FeWo sehr zufrieden. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet und es hat nichts gefehlt. Es gibt genügend Geschirr. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und Entspannung und Abschalten vom Alltag ist somit sehr leicht

− Vielleicht eine Tür für die Küche. Da gleich ein Zimmer daneben ist
