8.0Strandnah, gute Erreichbarkeit, klein doch ausreichend
− Rauchverbot absolut okay,. ABER; Lüften fast unmöglich, da vom Balkon unterhalb ständig Tabak Qualm durch die Wohnung zog. Leider auch vile extrem laute Poser mit PKW bzw. Bike Nachts unterwegs .

− Enges Treppenhaus und leider einen Esstisch mit Barstühlen, sodass wir Baby nicht mit an den Tisch nehmen konnten.
