Sehr ruhige und saubere Unterkunft in schönem Gebäude und mit guter Lage. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Tür (gegen Aufpreis). Gut ausgestattete Küche inklusive Spülmaschine.

− Wegen des alten Gebäudes muss die Lüftungsanlage dauerhaft (und hörbar) laufen.

Wohnung ist geräumig, kleine Küchenzeile mit Toaster, Kaffemaschine, Pad-Maschine, Wasserkocher. Großes Bad mit Handtuchwärmer. Ruhige Lage. Die Matratzen sind fest. Insgesamt sieht die Wohnung gut instandgehalten oder wenig benutzt aus.

− Ein Eierkocher fehlt, haben Eier im Kochtopf gekocht Die Bettdecken sind zu dick (oder es fehlen alternative dünne Bettdecken).
