8.0Sehr gute Lage zur Innenstadt, ruhige Wohnungsnachbarn. Sehr gut befahrbare Tiefgarage, großzügige Breite des Stellplatzes. Präzise, zeitnahe und freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.
− Beide Duschköpfe stark verkalkt. Der große Duschkopf (Regendusche) dadurch kaum zu gebrauchen, die Handbrause noch brauchbar.
