10.0Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Dafür ist der Zoo ebenfalls in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
