− Der Hochtisch zum Frühstück und Essen ist nicht gerade bequem da wäre ein normaler Tisch etwas besser und gemütlicher.

Der Zugang war einfach. Das Personal, welches leider am Wochenende tätig werden musste, (Telefon und Monteure) war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ruhige Lage. Man konnte bei Abreise den Geschirrspüler befüllen, anstellen und die Wohnung verlassen.

− Leider war das Apartment selber in keinem guten Zustand. - ein Fenster (Bad) ließ sich nicht schließen, (Wurde repariert. Nun geht es garnicht mehr auf) - der Rauchmelder war demontiert und ohne Funktion, - der Teppich war derart verschmutzt das ein neuer bereitgestellt werden musste, - die Kochfläche des Herdes war auf allen Platten verschmutzt / eingebrannt, - das Deckenlicht im Flur war ohne Funktion, - die Lampen in der Küche hatten eine dicke Staubschicht drauf, (Endreinigung wird mit 45€ berechnet) Insgesamt ein sehr abgewohntes Apartment. Bilder 1. ehemaliger Platz vom Rauchmelder 2. Herdplatte 3. Arbeitsfläche Küche 4. Staub Lichter Küche / Essbereich
