− Das Café am Hof hat geschlossen. Somit kann man hier nicht mehr frühstücken, dass sollte hier aktualisiert werden. Die Wohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer im OG ist renovierungsbedürftig. Möbel und Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fußboden ist uneben und die Treppe sehr steil. Leider versprechen die Bilder einen besseren Zustand.
