ruhige Lage

− Die Wohnung hat nur ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres ist ein offener Dachboden, die Treppe dazu geht aus dem Schlafzimmer hoch. Im Dachbodenzimmer keine Stehhöhe. Die Wohnung war mit drei Schlafzimmer angegeben.

− Statt der gebuchten 5 Betten waren nur 4 offensichtlich vorhanden und vollständig bezogen. Dies konnte jedoch durch kurze Rücksprache geklärt werden.

− Das eine oder andere könnte an der Einrichtung modernisiert und repariert werden, da es doch schon sehr abgenutzt und kaputt ist, wie zum Beispiel den Toilettensitz oder der Esstisch.
