Fijne doucheruimte en prima bed. Ruim appartement.

− Er had iemand gekookt en de gehele gang rook naar eetlucht. Wij hadden het appartement naast de voordeur die erg hard dichtklapt voornamelijk laat op de avond erg vervelend. Morgens vroeg word je wakker van passerende auto’s. Vraag over personeel kan ik niet beantwoorden omdat wij geen personeel hebben gezien in de Lodge. Deur appartement viel niet in het slot.

Nice Apartment but not value for money with the lack Aircon despite being listed in the facilities.

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. We cannot fault the standard of the finish you could not ask for more. The village is lovely and quiet and surrounded by beautiful walks with such friendly locals, you felt right at home.

− The the main let down. The facilities on Booking.com states the apartments have Aircon. They do not have Aircon, they have some underfloor cooling system, that in order to get to work you have to close all windows, and bring down the shutter. The lowest temp you can set the system to is 20 degrees Celsius. However, during our stay, the inside temperature of the apartment never dropped below 26 degrees, as the system just could not cope we the heat wave. This made it almost impossible to sleep during our stay. We spoke with other guests in other apartments and they had the same issue and had spoken to the Hotel staff and were told that is the system they have and nothing can be done. These are not cheap apartments to rent and really if they state they have Aircon then it should be Aircon. Plus who wants to stay in a place where you have to have shutters down constantly, we like natural light.

− Our stay was well below expectations. Upon arrival, we found that the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests. After contacting the property, we had to wait 2 hours for the room to be prepared. Another major issue was the lack of working air conditioning, despite it being listed in the offer. The staff claimed it was a "non-standard system," kept coming in to adjust the settings, and insisted it was working – but the temperature in the room did not drop at all. The hotel offered no solution or compensation, stubbornly claiming everything was fine.

Mooi groot appartement, parkeren voor de deur en uitstekende bedden. Keuken zeer behoorlijk uitgerust.

− Check-in info is digitaal verstrekt, echtwr als je voor het appartement staat heb je geen internet en kun je er niet in. Dus ergens heen rijden waar het internet wel werkt, schermafbeeldingen maken en dan kun er in, heel irritant na een lange autorit. Verder kregen we om 9 uur te horen dat de uitchecktijd 10 uur was terwijl op de biekingsbevestiging 11uur staat. Klacht hierover werd afgedaan met dit is onze interne Policy punt.
