Lage nahe zum Stadtzentrum

− Bei Ankunft gegen 16 Uhr war die Wohnung noch in keinster Weise auf neue Gäste vorbereitet. Auch 2 Stunden später war sie nach angeblicher Reinigung noch schmutzig. Alles machte einen schmuddeligen Eindruck. Insbesondere der Kühlschrank war sowohl außen am Griff und als innen klebrig und schmutzig und offensichtlich seit längerer Zeit nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Die Küchenausstattung war dürftig und in schlechtem Zustand. Der Toaster war derartig verdreckt, dass der Qualm den Rauchmelder auslöste. Das Mobiliar (insbesondere in der Küche sowie die Couch im Wohnzimmer) war deutlich verwohnt. Auf den Regalbrettern war eine deutliche Staubschicht. Zwar befand sich in dem renovierten und funktionstüchtigen Badezimmer eine freistehende Badewanne, dahinter aber war es sehr schmutzig, hier schien seit langem nicht mehr gereinigt worden zu sein. Der Balkonglastisch wies reichlich Schmutz und Ränder der Gläser von Vormietern auf. Der Hausflur machte einen abstoßenden Eindruck (Müll, abgestellte Sachen, schlechter Geruch).

Die Größe der Wohnung,es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt für Selbstverpflegung.

− Schmutz wurde unters Sofa gekehrt,Herd sowie Küchenschränke waren noch vom Vorgänger verschmutzt. Aber im großen Ganzen war es in Ordnung.

− Eigentlich spare ich mir solche Bewertungen, aber hierzu möchte ich im Nachgang ein Feedback geben. Die Wohnung war nicht besonders toll ausgestattet, jedoch das Bad war neu saniert. Die ganze Wohnung hat nicht angenehm gerochen, der Balkon war schmutzig und der Tisch vom Vorgänger mit Zigarettenasche bedeckt. Die Ankunft im Hausflur war eine Katastrophe und ich wäre am liebsten umgekehrt. Ich bin geschäftlich sehr viel unterwegs und bestehe mit Buchung auf eine Rechnung. Auch nach mehrmaligen Drängen darauf habe ich diese bis heute nicht bekommen. Dank des Vermieters muss ich nun eine geschäftliche Übernachtung aus privater Tasche bezahlen. Hauptsache ich werde am Telefon zu einer 10 Punkte Bewertung aufgefordert. Absolute Frechheit und im gesamten nicht empfehlenswert
