− Die Fenster ließen sich nur mit Mühe öffnen, die Balkontür klemmte und ging nicht auf, wären gern auch einmal auf den Balkon gegangen. Das Aussenrollos war defekt. Trotz Mängelprotokoll wurde nicht reagiert
