− Ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass es kein separates Schlafzimmer gibt. Die gemütliche Sitzecke entpuppte sich als Schrankbett.

Prima keuze om Stade te verkennen, prijs-kwaliteit verhouding matig.

De ligging was supercentraal en toch rustig.
− De douche sloot niet goed waardoor de vloer constant vreselijk nat werd. In de basis was de schoonmaak prima met rare uitzonderingen zoals vlekken in het bedlaken en een zeer smerige ventilator. De kamer kon niet goed geventileerd worden en daardoor bleef het een beetje stuffie.

Die Lage.
− Es gab nur noch wenig Geschirr, wahrscheinlich war schon einiges zu Bruch gegangen, ohne ersetzt worden zu sein. Die Türdichtungen der Dusche sind am ersten Tag abgefallen und wir brauchten saugfähige Tücher. Dass das Bett ein Schrankbett ist, ist aus der Beschreibung bei booking.com nicht hervor gegangen. Kein “Schlafzimmer“, sondern ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, das man mögen muss, und das ich nicht gebucht hätte ( vorallem nicht für diesen Preis) wenn ich es gewusst hätte! Im Hausflur hat es nach Fisch gerochen ( fast eine Woche lang) und vor dem einzigen Fenster, durch das man hätte lüften können, standen die Mülltonnen (im Innenhof) und wurden Fahrräder gelagert und entnommen. Alles in allem ist das sehr kleine (26 m2) Zimmer okay, wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt und es nicht so teuer wäre.
