− Im Bad gibt es zwar die beschriebene Badewanne, aber die vorhandene Handbrause funktioniert nicht. Daher war Haarwäsche sehr schwierig.

Hübsche kleine Wohnung

Eine wirklich gut ausgestattete, nette kleine Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Es war sogar an so etwas wie Spülmittel, -bürste und Seife im Bad gedacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Auf dem Tisch stand ein kleiner Wildblumen-Strauß, total nett :) Alle Infos zur Ankunft kamen einen Tag vorher via Messenger und waren leicht verständlich und praktikabel (es ist niemand vor Ort). Für evtl Fragen gibt es eine Handynummer, die wir jedoch nicht gebraucht haben. Um die Ecke ist ein Edeka und ein Bäcker, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
− Wir können uns der Kritik zu dem fehlenden Duschvorhang leider nur anschließen :( Es ist kaum möglich, in der Badewanne zu duschen ohne das halbe Bad zu fluten. Und die Matratzen waren wirklich relativ durchgelegen. Wofür die Wohnungsbesitzer:innen nichts können, was jedoch erwähnt werden muss: das Kopfsteinpflaster draußen ist wirklich laut und die Straße ab morgens relativ stark befahrenen, also Fenster zu. Direkt nebenan ist ein Krankenhaus, es fliegt auch Mal der Rettungshubschrauber oder man hört Martinshorn. Da alle Fenster zu einer Seite raus gehen, kann man nur schwer lüften, was im Sommer bei 38° zum Problem wird. Und - es gibt KEINE Parkplätze! An der Straße nur Anwohner, Gebührenpflichtige Plätze kosteten tagsüber 3€/Stunde (abends/nachts umsonst) und das fußläufige Parkhaus kostete 17,50€/Tag. Muss man einfach wissen.

Gute Lage für Sightseeing in Potsdam

In der Ferienwohnung gibt es alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt, wenn man sich mal selbst versorgen möchte. Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Stadt erlaufen. Um die Ecke befindet sich ein Supermarkt.
− Leider war die rechte Bedhälfte etwas durchgelegen. Ich habe das Bett an die andere Wandseite gerückt, damit ich links schlafen konnte. Im Bad fehlt ein Duschvorhang. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung an einer tagsüber gut befahren Straße, da war es morgens zeitig schon laut.

The location was excellent, enabling us to walk around the centre and find plenty of public transport as well. The apartment had plenty of space, was well equipped with what we needed, and had comfortable beds.

− 4 kleine Kaffeetassen für Espresso Trinker wäre ganz nett. Es gibt nur die großen Tasse.
