Nette kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage, jedoch rel. teuer und mit kleinen Mängeln.
8.0− Die Schlüsselübergabe war etwas kompliziert, der Schlüssel lag nicht in dem angegebenen Schließfach. Erst nach langem suchen und mehreren Telefonaten kamen wir in die Wohnung. Des Weiteren war die Armatur am Waschbecken im Badezimmer undicht. Bei etwas längerer Nutzung hatte man eine sehr große Pfütze unter besagtem Becken.
