Aseo deja mucho que desear
7.0La ubicación. Cerca a paradas de buses y estación de tren (Berlin Ostbahnhof) • A 3,7 km del centro. Propicio para recorrer Berlín y viajar a Potsdam.
− Falta de aseo principalmente en el baño. Almohadas terribles ya que son trozos de cobijas metidas en las fundas, sucias y malolientes. Solo una habitación que tiene una ventana sin cortina contra la luz. La caja de seguridad para recojer las llaves, sin luz y con números borrados hacen muy difícil el proceso.
Würde hier jederzeit wieder wohnen wollen :)
9.0Lage ist echt top. 5 Minuten zum Ostbahnhof, 2 Minuten zum Edeka, Restaurants und Cafés ums Eck. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - einzige Kritik: es gibt keine Gardinen oder Rollladen im Wohnzimmer und das küchenfenster lässt sich nicht öffnen. Außerdem hat man zwar eine Spülmaschine, aber keine Tabs. Und wegen ein paar Tagen hier wollte ich auch keine kaufen.
− Wie oben beschrieben, dass man das Wohnzimmer nicht mit geöffnetem Fenster abdunkeln kann, es keine Spülmaschinentabs gab und es nicht einen einzigen Haken im Bad für Handtücher gibt

5.0Die Lage ist gut. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und klar geregelt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
− Die Beschreibung „Cozy“ konnte ich in der Wohnung nirgends wiederfinden. Die Beleuchtung ist ungemütlich und es fehlt an kleinen Nachtlampen. Den Fernseher habe ich nicht zum laufen bekommen. Eine Beschreibung gab es auch nicht. In der gesamten Wohnung riecht es leicht nach Rauch. Die Dusche hat jede Menge Schimmelecken. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

− Eve girince bir nem kokusu vardı, Banyo biraz eski idi. Ama tabiki kullanılabilir. Duşta şampuan vs koymak için bir yer yoktu . Banyo yaparken havluları asacak yer yoktu, ya da biz göremedik. (Ev sahibine önerimiz) , eklenmeliler.
