Größe der Ferienwohnung, die Lage , der Balkon und Ausstattung. Auch det Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und man kann über alles mit ihm reden.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft zum wiederholten Mal gebucht, weil wir sie so toll finden. Sie befindet sich in einer anliegerstrasse und ist daher absolut ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch ist man in drei Minuten im Zentrum oder in 5 Minuten am Strand und an der seebrücke. Auch ist sie wunderschön eingerichtet und es gehört ein kleiner Garten dazu.
− Man soll die Wohnung besenrein verlassen. Jedoch ist kein vernünftiger Besen vorhanden.

Die Lage der Fewo ist top, man ist in 10 Minuten an der Seebrücke und somit direkt im zentrum, mit vielen tollen Geschäften, Restaurants, Imbisse und Bars, perfekt! Mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuss ist man hier am besten unterwegs. Obwohl nicht angegeben gibt es WLAN, der QR Code versteckt im Couchtisch. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung super, und alles vorhanden für 4 Personen, was man benötigt.
− Wir haben unser Besteck nochmal abgewaschen vor der Benutzung. Auch kann man selber Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen und muss nichts extra zahlen. Die sehr enge Wendeltreppe zur Fewo 3, eine Herausforderung und so nicht in der Beschreibung angegeben. Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern fehlt. Jetzt Ende Mai schon gut aufgeheizt, da im Dachgeschoss. 75€ Endreinigungsgebühr ok, aber bitte ohne Anweisung diese Fewo besenrein zu überlassen! Über die Spinnenweben an der Dachschräge und den Schimmelfleck hinterm Fernseher haben wir hinweg gesehen.
