Viel Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das Möbiliar war sauber und modern. Schöner Blick auf Zempin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

− Nur das Kopfkissen ( knubbelig) könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Sonst war alles i.O.

Eine schöne Wohnung unweit vom Strand, leider jedoch zur falschen Seite gelegen

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und fast mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei entweder in der TG oder im Freien vorhanden. Sehr guter kostenfreier WLAN-Empfang. Im Erdgeschoss der Wohnanlage befindet sich ein italienisches Restaurant, hier kann man sehr gut zu moderaten Preisen essen und man wird sehr freundlich bedient.

− Die Wohnung hat zwar 3 kleine Balkone am Wohn- und Essbereich, liegt jedoch direkt an der Hauptverkehrskreuzung, so dass Tag und Nacht der Verkehr sehr laut zu hören ist. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, sollte das berücksichtigen. Wir hätten es auch sehr begrüßt, wenn dieser Umstand in der Beschreibung der FeWo erwähnt worden wäre. Unangenehm waren auch die starken Essensgerüche, die aus dem Restaurant nach oben stiegen. Was die Sauberkeit anbelangt, waren wir nicht so ganz überzeugt. Wir hätten uns auch mehr als nur 1 Handtuch und 1 Badehandtuch pro Person gewünscht, zumal es auch noch weiße waren. Bei 8 Tagen Aufenthalt zu wenig oder den Hinweis geben, dass zusätzlich eigene Handtücher mitzubringen sind (die für den Strand nicht mitgerechnet).

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist unschlagbar, 2 min Fußweg zur Strandpromenade und 4 min zum Strand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr Modern und gemütlich mit einem Maritimen Flair. Es war von allem ausreichend Geschirr da sodass man sich gut versorgen konnte.

− Leider war es an verschiedenen Stellen nicht sehr sauber. Vor allem unter der Couch und es gab einige Spinnweben die wohl schon länger nicht entfernt worden sind. Leider mussten wir das Geschirr vor benutzung auch nochmal durchspülen.
