Lage gut, Ferienwohnung okay, Küche geht gar nicht.

Wir waren für uns und es war nicht weit nach Bamberg. Ruhig gelegen.

− Im Hinblick auf die Unterkunft hätten wir eine saubere Küche bevorzugt. Es war uns nicht möglich, einen der beiden Backöfen inkl. Bleche usw. zu benutzen, da alles in diesem Bereich (im Übrigen auch teilweise das Geschirr, das wir dann vor Gebrauch abgespülthaben) schmutzig ist, siehe Foto. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht der Außentemperatur entsprechend. Wir haben uns Decken gekauft, um nicht zu frieren (heute am Vormittag war der Heizkörper gerade mal lauwarm ). Die Bettdecken sind für den Winter viel zu dünn. Die kaputten Schranktüren im hinteren Schlafzimmer und die Löcher in den Türen entsprechen nicht dem üblichen Standard einer Ferienwohnung.

Sehr gute Ausgangslage für Fahrradtouren.Bis Bamberg waren es nur 10Km.

− Die Küche ist sehr alt und abgenutzt. Im Badezimmer ist es zu dunkel.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Garten und Balkon. Sehr geräumig, trotzdem gemütlich, wunderbare Betten. Relativ ruhig gelegen, Bamberg aber mit dem Fahrrad in einer halben Stunde bequem erreichbar. Gute Autobahnanbindung, so dass auch weiter weg gelegene Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Würzburg und Coburg schnell erreichbar sind.

die Lage war sehr gut für Besichtigungen aber ebenso die Möglichkeiten für Wandern und Radfahren

− wir hatten nichts worüber wir uns beschweren könnten, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht
