Decent Apartment undermined by overly complex management. Not recommended for

− Title: Solid apartment, overcomplicated management The apartment itself is fine, but the management by “Kraushaar” is not. Instead of a clear, straightforward check-in, you receive a chain of 10+ emails with fragmented instructions (prepayment, codes, app access). What should be simple becomes unnecessarily complicated. Basic amenities are not standard: towels must be pre-ordered, and even small extras require navigating additional systems. Check-in and check-out times are inflexible (from 4:00 pm / until 10:00 am), and additional costs are high—around €170 for cleaning for just two nights in our case. The entire setup feels optimized for internal efficiency rather than guest experience. Not suitable for travelers who value simplicity or a more refined level of service. Summary: A decent apartment undermined by overly complex and guest-unfriendly management. Not recommended for high end travel.
Sehr schöner, unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
8.0Beste Lage. Schöne, geräumige Wohnung, eigener Parkplatz. Im 1. Stock, dafür noch bessere Aussicht auf das Meer. Wohnung für Geniesser! In der Nähe tolle Strandbar!
− Aussensitzplatz zu klein, ist aber halt so gegeben. Duschboden extrem rutschig!! Vorsicht.
