9.0Der Blick vom Balkon ist hervorragend, auch die Lage am Restaurant/Geschäftekarree. Eigener Parkplatz unter der Wohnung.(Wohnung Nr. 3 ). Man kann Aktivitäten in den Dünen und regen Schiffahrtsverkehr beobachten.
− Die Matratzen könnten ein wenig komfortabler sein. Auch die Balkonmöbel. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt der Nachbarn. Eine Überdachung des Balkons würde das ganze perfekt machen.
