Ruhige Unterkunft in schöner Lage
8.0Das Frühstück war super, die Lage war ruhig aber trotzdem fast direkt am Bahnhof. Das Zimmer war schön kühl (wir waren im Landhaus) und wir konnten alle Einrichtungen des Hotels nutzen (Spa, Pool...)
− Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben/auf den Fotos... einige Sachen fehlten oder waren nicht vorhanden. Die mussten von der Rezeption geholten werden, was etwas nervig war, weil die Rezeption nicht so gut organisiert war aber am Ende hat es geklappt...

9.0spitzenmäßiges Frühstücksbuffet tolle Lage, tolles Ambiente

5.0Lage und Frühstück waren sehr gut.
− Unsere Buchung wurde nicht an das Hotel übermittelt und daher hat es 3h gebraucht bis wir ein Übergangszimmer bekommen haben- gibt wohl ein Problem mit Booking. Am nächsten Tag mussten wir dann nochmal packen (mit 2 Kindern etwas mehr) und in die FeWo, die dann frei wurde, umziehen. Ausstattung der FeWo sehr schlecht. Ich würde bei einer Buchung mit 4 Personen auch 4x Besteck erwarten, das war nicht vorhanden. Steckdosen waren teils aus der Wand gerissen und Sauberkeit war mangelhaft. Wirkte etwas unorganosiert. Im Hotel zu viele Menschen und jeder denk der andere machts. Babybett mussten wir mehrfach nachfragen und wurde dann auch beim Umzug vergessen. Daher teils weniger entspannt für Urlaub. An der Orga hapert es. Frühstück top, aber auch da täglich einen anderen Tisch und teils Suche. Wir sind nicht anspruchsvoll da wir tagsüber nur on Tour sind aber Grundsauberkeit und auch Sicherheit (z.B. Steckdosen) sollte selbstverständlich sein.

8.0sehr gutes Frühstück zT bedient der Küchenchef sogar selbst, aber doch eine rechte Massenabfertigung, -geht wohl nicht anders bei der Größe des Hotels und seiner Nebengebäude. Im Nebengebäude gewohnt, das naturgemäß in die Jahre gekommen ist. Foto unten: Blick vom Balkon
