Ein Aufenthalt in zentraler Lage ohne viel Schnick Schnack.
7.0Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und man ist schnell in der Altstadt und am Hafen. Die Umgebung und innerhalb des Hauses war es ruhig. Der angrenzende Parkplatz löst die tägliche Suche eines Parkplatzes ab und macht es dadurch entspannter. Die Wohnung ist schlicht, modern und funktional eingerichtet.
− Die Fugen in der Dusche waren stellenweise schwarz und beim Duschen in einer Pfütze zu stehen, war unangenehm. Das Wasser läuft schlecht ab und mit dem Abzieher benötigt man paar Minuten um das Wasser zu entfernen. Die Wandlücke neben der Schlafzimmertür, in der Ecke, war etwas irritierend und macht eine Tür überflüssig.
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön, man hatte alles was brauchte und man hatte es nicht weit zur Innenstadt

− Nur eine Anmerkung: ein Wäscheständer zum trocknen von Handtüchern wäre schön.

8.0Die Lage war gut, kurze Wege in die Stadt, zum Hafen, zum Bäcker. Der Aufzug ist ein echtes Plus. Der kostenlose Parkplatz am Haus ist sehr gut. Die Ein-und Ausfahrt ist für lange Fahrzeuge eine Herausforderung. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit zwei Stellplätze am angrenzenden Parkplatz zu nutzen.
