5.0Gute Lage, großer Gemeinschaftsbalkon!
− Leider nicht immer warmes Wasser zum Duschen, Duschkopf verkalkt, Fenster sehr hellhörig, teilweise Matrazen zu hart, Parkplatzkosten zu hoch, Stauraum sehr wenig, Geschirr etwas wenig, teilweise nur kleiner Kühlschrank ohne Gefrierfach. Besen und Zahnputzbecher wären gut. BADETEPPICH im Bad wäre sinnvoll.
Wenig Leistung für gutes Geld
3.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt gegenüber vom Schloss und am Rand der Fußgängerzone.
− Als wir ankamen nahm uns ein 17jähriger in Empfang. Die Wohnungen waren nicht sehr sauber, vor allem die Terrasse war verdreckt und die Aschenbecher voll. Die Ausstattung ist sehr kärglich und warmes Wasser zum Duschen kommt nur als Rinsal. Die Möbel sind von billiger Qualität. Am Abreisetag kam die Putzfrau einfach um 9.45 Uhr in die Wohnung und hat uns unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen die Wohnung bis 10 Uhr zu verlassen. Liebe Leute, ihr verlangt gutes Geld für die Wohnungen, bietet aber sehr wenig Leistung dafür. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder.
