Unterkunft ist super. Jedoch erwarte ich nicht das man für solch einen Preis pro Nacht von 300€ aber auch alles mitbringen muss, Handtücher , Bettzeug , abwaschzeug usw.
− Kostenfalle, obwohl in der Beschreibung steht 5€ pro Tag und pro Tier wurden hier 30€ fällig.

Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist geschmackvoll! Die Sauna hat uns sehr gut gefallen , sowie das eingezäunte Grundstück! Zahlreiche Fernseher, sogar im Bad, vorhanden 😅
− Die oberste Etage, mit Erreichbarkeit einer steilen Leiter 🙈 ( wir haben uns gefragt, ob so eine Lösung bautechnisch überhaupt erlaubt sein kann ???) Im oberem Schlafbereich gibt es zwei super schmale Betten u keinen Schrank etc. Wir würden es niemals für 4 Personen vermieten! Das ist echter NAP 😡 Wenig Möglichkeiten zur Unterbringung von Lebensmittel i d Küche. Auch im Bad kaum Ablageflächen vorhanden! Das Haus ist weit vom Ortszentrum entfernt.

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah am Strand und nah an der Grömitzer Zentrum. Sauberes und angenehmes Bad inklusive Sauna und Whirlpool Badewanne. Zu viert hat auch platztechnisch alles gut gepasst.
− Die Leiter, die auf die zweite Etage führt ist leider etwas wackelig und wirkt etwas unsicher. Die beiden Betten auf der zweiten Etage sind recht klein (vor allem in der Breite), für etwas größere Menschen daher ein wenig schwierig.

Das Haus hat alles was das Herz begehrt. Trotz einiger Schwierigkeiten bei der Ankunft, war es am Ende ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt an einem sehr schönen und gemütlichen Ort.
