4.0Die Lage ist sehr gut.
− Es waren überall Spinnen und Spinnweben, im Bad, am Bett, an den Decken, an den Fenstern, diese mussten wir erstmal aufwendig entfernen, da kein Besen da war. Die Matratze war sehr dünn und hat sich sofort durchgelegen, sodass man quasi das Lattenrost gespürt hat und jeden Morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht ist. Der alte Feuermelder sprang grundlos morgens an, riss uns aus dem Schlaf und ließ sich nur mit mühevoller Hilfe eines Nachbarn abnehmen und ausstellen. Am Anfang fehlte die Parkkarte, es wurde versprochen diese vorbeizubringen, das ist leider nicht geschehen. Mit einem größeren Auto hat man Probleme vom Parkplatz wieder runterzukommen, wenn alle anderen Plätze belegt sind, da der Hof sehr klein ist.
